Is this training accredited by an external body?
What will it do for me? Why not just do my own thing?

How can it help me support the women I manage at work?

Does it matter if I’m new to the One of many® Community?
Not at all. What’s MOST important is that our mission to unleash the power of one-million grassroots women leaders all around the world captures your imagination and makes you feel a part of something bigger. You should have a fundamental desire to help other women rise, and be brimming with excitement at the prospect of unveiling new possibilities for their lives- and yours.
Do I need any special qualifications?
You don’t have to be a certified coach or therapist to be a One of many® coach- although if you are, that will certainly give you context for your training with us. We developed our program to teach you everything you need to know if you want to be an effective coach. We’ll give you access to our trademarked tools, methodologies and guiding principles. And we’ll even give you a framework you can coach your clients or team members through. We’ll provide you with bonus materials you can reference again and again- such as the Coaching Business Toolkit, “Turn Queries To Clients” Discovery Session Template and VIP Day Outline- and (most importantly) we’ll be there to support you, every step of the way.
Will you help me to promote my business so I can find clients?
Once you’re certified, you’ll be able to listed as one of our coaches on the One of many® website- a site visited by thousands of women every month- which means you’ll instantly be recognised as a leader in your field. This is a unique opportunity to be found by those women you most want to work with.
How do I know if I’ll make a good coach?
If you believe in our vision here at One of many® and long to help the women in your life to recognise their strengths and harness their soft power to profoundly impact the world around them, you’ll make a good coach. We are seeking empathic, conscientious women who are committed to their own personal growth as they help others succeed, and who are looking to work with others in a meaningful and fulfilling way.
Can I run my business part-time?
When you become a One of many® Coach, you work for you- no one else. That means you have the freedom to work with who you want, as often as you want. We expect some newly certified coaches to take up coaching full time. Others may choose to boost the income they receive from other jobs. And some will use the coaching in the job they are currently in. Whatever you choose to do with your newfound qualification, it’s entirely up to you.
Will I owe a slice of my earnings to you?
No. Your business is yours and yours alone. That means that, after your initial upfront investment (which may be paid in instalments) and your hotel accommodation during the live coaching intensive, anything you earn is yours to keep.
Can I use this training to work with groups, or is it only for individuals?
We recommend you start slowly by coaching people one-on-one. Once you’re certified and better acquainted with the materials, you’ll feel more comfortable coaching people in a group setting. But absolutely yes- your licence covers you for group coaching. So let’s get you out there.
Is there an annual fee to keep my coaching certification up to date?
The One of many® Certified Women’s Coach Training Program is a licensing program. Which means once you complete the certification training, in exchange for a very reasonable annual license you’ll receive the ongoing benefits. (Note: There are no “hidden” license fees. Your annual license of just £150 plus VAT where applicable)
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a professional certificate you can proudly display in your office.
How can I get help with funding from my employer?
We have created an “Employer’s Pack” to help you make the case to your boss that it would be a brilliant idea for them to pay, or contribute toward your tuition fees.
There is so much research available right now demonstrating the impact that more women in senior leadership can have a dramatic impact on an organisations profitability. There’s growing consensus that coaching skills are crucial in a good manager. There’s great studies showing that women benefit hugely from coaching and training to really manage the demands that leadership has.

What if I want to work with men and women?
Our certification is absolutely all you need regardless of the gender of your clientele. 95% of our toolkit is just as applicable to men, non-binary people and women. Indeed at least two of our graduates now exclusively coach men with the toolkit they learned from us! All of the coaching skills you will learn are entirely gender non-specific. We just happen to specialise in supporting women. So if you’re looking for a great all round coaching programme, that ALSO gives you an edge because you become a specialist for women… then look no further.
