Jo graduated as a medical doctor and later explored a career in performing arts before finding her calling in coaching. Now an award-winning CEO, social entrepreneur, coach and trainer, Jo’s work has directly impacted over 100,000 people globally.
She is founder of One of many® a community and training hub for women, providing leadership training and coaching. The diverse membership includes politicians, CEOs, partners in major global organisations, doctors, lawyers, accountants, activists, mothers, grandmothers, and daughters united in their desire to change their corner of the world.
An ICF accredited PCC coach with two decades of experience in coaching, she has certified over 1600 coaches, master coaches and trainers in behavioural change tools and is a highly sought after consultant to growing coaching and consulting businesses. Her private client list reads like a who’s who list of industry luminaries in the UK, USA and Australia.
She is a committed investor in the work of The Hunger Project and has trained over 90 fundraisers and facilitators globally.
She’s also a diplomatic wife, a sometimes-too-tired mother, a protective sister, and a caring friend. She has a very cool head, but a very big heart.
Master Trainer & Head Coach
Annie has over 3 decades of experience in coaching and training, and is author of “The Personal Development Handbook.” A vastly experienced coach, she’s been featured widely on TV, radio and in print. As Head Coach she leads trainees through their coaching journey, and is beloved by our hundreds of graduates for her care, skill and encouraging teaching style.
As well as being an ICF accredited PCC Certified coach, Annie’s qualifications include Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Master Results Coaching, Master Hypnosis, Performance Consulting, Emotional Freedom Technique, Energetic Healing, Nutritional Medicine, Herbal Medicine and Kinesiology.
A Voice Dialogue facilitator and trainer, Annie helps coaches develop greater understanding of psychology and the unconscious, allowing them to create extraordinary breakthroughs for their clients. She has explored spirituality extensively with various teachers (sitting at the feet of one guru daily for over 2.5 years!) and incorporates the tenets and practices of clear mind and open heart awareness in her work. Dynamic meditation and mindfulness support her approach to finding happiness, wherever we are, and she regularly leads retreats teaching on these topics.
When she’s not coaching, Annie’s happiest in nature – co-leading Wild and Free retreats on Dartmoor, spending time with her dog Barney and beloved horse Cloggy.
Trainer and Coach
Nathalie is a highly skilled Career Architect and Leadership Coach. Working in French and English, her passion is to inspire, reveal and mobilise the potential and uniqueness of her clients. She helps them reconnect with their talents and inner leader, so they can design and live the fulfilling professional lifestyle they deserve.
After studying Economics and International Management, Nathalie worked for 10 years as a Purchase and Sales Manager before hitting the “glass ceiling”. From that experience she decided she wanted to better understand how to develop effective communication skills, self-confidence and an impactful leadership style, training in modalities including Transactional Analysis, Co-Active Coaching, personal branding and talent management.
Now a trainer and PCC certified coach, she brings two decades of experience in the corporate world with a professional style that sets her apart: enthusiasm, positivity, insight and a reassuring personal investment. Nathalie’s mission is to work with passionate and open minded women who want to feel aligned, powerful and impactful without sacrificing who they truly are.
Master Trainer and Coach
Susie Heath is the UKs leading facilitator in re-connecting women to the power of their strong feminine.
She is the author of two powerful books, “The essence of womanhood: Re-awakening the authentic feminine” and “Dance your way to the top: Feminine Leadership without burning out”. And her pedigree is impeccable.
Susie has lived through a period of the greatest revolutions of all time for women. Being in her 60s, she grew up during the second wave of feminism. As a consequence she enjoyed freedom her mother never had, particularly in her careers.
Yes that is careers plural, because these days- who has just one? She has been a buyer for Marks and Spencer, a shoe designer, a horticulturist featured at the Chelsea Flower Show and more.
When ill health forced her to take a long hard look at her choices, Susie realised that rather than trying to compete with men, and be equal to them, she could embrace her uniqueness as a woman and all the gifts that brings.
Since then, Susie has worked personally with hundreds of men and women, helping them reawaken their authentic selves with her profound coaching and movement workshops.
