The life of a coach can be a challenging one. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to move from struggling to find success to becoming a breakthrough success story. For me, the journey has been a long and difficult one, but I’ve also learned many valuable lessons along the way that I’m happy to share with you. In this article, I’ll be sharing my story and the five key lessons I’ve learned from my journey as a coach.
When I began my career as a coach, I was struggling to make ends meet. My business was not growing, and I was feeling frustrated and burnt out. It felt like I was running in circles and getting nowhere. I was desperate for a breakthrough.
Then, I made a decision to invest in my own growth as a coach. I started attending courses, seminars, and workshops to learn more about the craft of coaching. I also started reaching out to more potential clients and networking more actively.
Little by little, I was making progress and learning more about this profession. I soon realized that my founding principles and vision needed to be revisited. I made a few adjustments and bold decisions, and that’s when things really started to take off.
